Welcome to We Are 1!
We’re excited to have you here — this community was built to inspire genuine conversations, personal growth, and a sense of belonging. To keep things positive and respectful for everyone, please take a minute to review our basic rules below.
Treat everyone here with respect — no insults, trolling, name-calling, or harassment of any kind.
We encourage open debate and honest conversations, but never at the expense of kindness.
If you wouldn’t say it in person, don’t say it here.
Each section of the forum has its own purpose. Try to post in the right category and keep discussions relevant to the topic.
If you have something off-topic or just want to chat casually, visit Off-Topic: Life Beyond Dating.
We welcome everyone here regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or background. Any speech or content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence will be removed immediately. This forum has a zero-tolerance policy for misogyny or any content that degrades, demeans, or objectifies women. Materials, advice, or teachings that promote abusive, manipulative, or degrading behavior — including so-called “pick-up” tactics or influencers who encourage disrespect toward women (e.g., Andrew Tate–style teachings) — are strictly prohibited. Any post or comment that justifies or celebrates misogyny will be deleted and the poster will be banned permanently.
We’re committed to helping men (and all members) build healthy, confident masculinity — through improving mind, body, and soul — not by putting others down. If you want to discuss confidence, attraction, or self-improvement, frame it around respect, consent, and equality.
We’re here to share ideas and experiences, not advertisements.
You may share your own work only if it contributes meaningfully to a conversation — otherwise, it will be removed.
Don’t post personal contact info, private messages, or identifying details about other users without consent.
Keep it safe and respectful for everyone.

Moderators are here to keep the community running smoothly.
If your post is edited or removed, please don’t take it personally — it’s just part of keeping this place healthy and constructive.
If you feel a decision was unfair, you can politely message a moderator for clarification.
If you have ideas on how to make We Are 1 better, share them in the Feedback & The Future section.
This community will always evolve through collaboration and creativity.
We’re all here for the same reason — to connect, learn, and grow.
Let’s make We Are 1 a space where people feel inspired, supported, and understood.
Welcome to the community — we’re glad you’re here.
